Getting to Sapphire, North Carolina

Asheville Airport (AVL) is the closest airport. Just shy of an hour from Sapphire. There are lots of connecting flights out of CLT + ATL. Greenville-Spartanburg airport (GSP) is a 2 hour drive.Atlanta airport (ATL) is a 3 hour drive, depending on traffic. Please note: there are no Uber/Lyft/Taxi's in the area so if you fly you will need to rent a car.

We will be providing transportation to &amp; from Hotel Cashiers, The Wells Hotel and the Hampton Inn Sapphire for the wedding + reception.

Hampton Inn & Suites Cashiers-Sapphire Valley

The Wells Cashiers is a 21-room boutique hotel right in the heart of Cashiers. The Wells also offers oversized cabins for rent and has direct access to Whiteside Brewing Company. The Wells Hotel does not offer a room block and schedules on a first come, first serve basis.

Located in Gorges State Park off of Highway 281. Silver Run Falls:&nbsp;1/4 Mile. Easy hike. Located 4 miles south of Cashiers on Highway 107.

Lake Glenville&nbsp;is a reservoir located 8 miles from Cashiers. Visit Signal Ridge Marina to reserve paddle boards, canoes, or rent a pontoon boat with friends! Golfing:&nbsp;Book a tee time at one of the two nearby public courses: Sapphire National Golf Club or Red Bird Golf Links - 9 hole course Highlands, NC&nbsp;is only a short 20-minutes drive. Its a charming town with hiking trails, yummy restaurants, and lots of shops on Main Street.
